UseViral’s Payment Methods page explains where to find current checkout information without hard-coding payment gateways into the theme. The actual options are controlled by the WooCommerce configuration and payment plugins active on the site. This page is designed to guide visitors toward the live checkout and provide practical information about order details, payment privacy, and support.

How payment information is presented

The theme keeps payment details connected to the existing WooCommerce checkout rather than showing a static list that can become outdated. When a customer proceeds to checkout, WooCommerce displays the gateways that are currently enabled and applicable to that order. This is the most reliable place to confirm available payment options, instructions, and any required fields. A theme can explain the process and provide navigation, but it should not claim that a payment method is available unless the live store configuration confirms it. If the page and checkout differ, use checkout as the current source of truth.

Start with the correct product and quantity

Before payment, open the product page and confirm the product name, current price, quantity, variation, and any important conditions. If a product link includes a query parameter that preselects an item or variation, verify that the correct selection appears in the cart. The order summary should match what you intended to purchase before you enter payment details. Reviewing these items carefully can prevent common mistakes, such as ordering the wrong variation or assuming a quantity that was not actually selected. If something looks wrong, remove the item and correct the selection before continuing.

Review the live checkout options

Payment gateways can be added, disabled, or updated by a site administrator, and some gateways may only appear under certain conditions. For this reason, the Payment Methods page should be treated as a guide rather than a guarantee about a specific gateway. Proceed to checkout to see the current available methods and any instructions supplied by the gateway. Avoid following payment instructions from unofficial messages or third-party pages. If you need help understanding a displayed option, contact the store through the official Contact Us page and include only non-sensitive details about what you see.

Protect payment and personal information

Only enter payment details on the official checkout page and ensure that the address belongs to the intended store. Never send full card numbers, security codes, account passwords, one-time codes, or recovery credentials through ordinary messages. Use a secure device and avoid public computers for transactions involving sensitive information. If you believe you entered information on the wrong page, contact the relevant payment provider through its official channel. Good privacy practices protect both customers and store operators and reduce the risk of exposing information while trying to resolve an order question.

Order confirmations and support

After a successful order, keep the order reference and confirmation details available for your records. If a confirmation does not arrive or the order status seems unclear, check the WooCommerce My Account / Orders area where available, then contact support with the order reference and a concise explanation. Do not send passwords or payment credentials. For refund or replacement questions, read the dedicated policy page before submitting a request. Providing the product name, approximate purchase time, and visible error message is generally more useful than sending unrelated personal information.

A connected store experience

The Product List, service pages, checkout, FAQ, Contact Us, and Refund & Replacement pages are designed to work together. The Product List helps visitors find a product, a service page provides platform-specific context, checkout handles the actual order, and support pages explain where to ask questions. Internal links make these steps easier to navigate and help search engines understand the relationship between the pages. Store administrators should periodically verify that each link works and that the displayed policy information matches current operations. The live checkout and published store policy remain the authoritative references for current payment and order conditions.

For the clearest experience, treat the site as a connected set of pages rather than relying on a single card or menu item. Start with the relevant topic, read the current information, open the full listing when details matter, and use the support route if a question remains. This makes it easier to confirm what is available, understand the next step, and avoid decisions based on incomplete or outdated information.

Store information changes over time as product records, page content, and checkout settings are maintained. Before acting on a price, delivery note, payment instruction, or policy, review the live page that applies to your situation. If you notice a mismatch, pause and ask support for clarification. Keep any support message concise and avoid sharing passwords, verification codes, or payment credentials.

A well-maintained website should also be checked after updates. Site owners can review the homepage on desktop and mobile, open the Services menu, test internal links, confirm that the logo displays at its original proportions, and check that the footer remains consistent across pages. On the catalogue, confirm that product images load and that each action leads to the expected destination. These routine checks help catch visual or navigation regressions early. When Elementor content is used, keep important headings and readable copy in the page itself and add optional product or price-card shortcodes only in the sections where they belong.
