  If any account delivered is invalid at the time of delivery, you must report it to our support team within 24 hours. We will verify and provide a replacement for those accounts.

• After 24 Hours – No Warranty:
  Once the 24-hour replacement period has expired, no replacements or refunds will be provided.

• Suspension After Login:
  If an account works initially but later gets suspended after login, no replacement will be provided. This usually happens due to IP address issues, device conflicts, or usage behavior beyond our control.

• Refunds:
  Refunds are only applicable if UseViral fails to deliver your order completely. Otherwise, invalid accounts fall under the 24-hour replacement window only.

2. Boosting Services (Followers, Likes, Views, etc.)

When you buy followers, likes, views, or any other boosting service from UseViral, please note the following:

• Warranty on Drops:
  The warranty period for followers or likes (in case of drops) is clearly mentioned in the product description on the order page.

• Customer Responsibility:
  Before purchasing, it is the customer’s responsibility to read the warranty mentioned in the product description.

• Refund Policy:
  Refunds are not issued for boosting services once delivery has started. We only provide service replacement or refill based on the warranty terms written in the product description.
